ANGELICA


Description: Angelica is a subdivision of about 60 species of tall perennial & biennial herbs in the family of Apiaceae. It has big bipinnate leaves that forms clusters of greenish-white or white flowers. The oil and floral water is extracted from rhizome, roots, seeds and by steam distillation procedure. The floral water of angelica is used as flavoring agents and is also famous for its effective medicinal properties.
